Wassup! :P 2008

Its been eight long years since the boys said, "Wassup!" to each other. Even with the effects of a down economy and imminent change in the White House, they're still able to come together and stay true to what really matters.

so i sort of LOVE the layout! ;)

Thanks, Sarah! The new template is similar to the one Obama uses for his campaign website. I love its utilization of dark blue and how I can make pictures on the sidebar much bigger than before.

In the upper right (under Obama's pic), you can enter search words and it will take you directly to a Google results page.

Have a great weekend!

Wasssupp! It always reminds me of Scary Movie. :)

Brian, same here! I loved the Wayans brothers parody of the commercial. Steve Carell also referenced it in the very first episode of "The Office". He was way late in making fun of it, however (the ep aired in 2005).

Skittles, no problem. I look forward to visiting much more often.

Rocket, that's where I first saw it as well.

That's what is so great about our military. Everyone is looking ahead with the same vision in mind for each mission. All the barriers -- race, creed, sex orientation, etc. are set aside. That's how our military should be run and unfortunately, you have those who can practice and use their political persuasions who abuse their power -- i.e. generals and colonels. Great post! Nervous going into this final week about Obama's chances?

PJ, totally agree with you on the military. Am I getting nervous about Obama's chances? Well, McCain's guarantee yesterday that he'd win in a squeaker made me crap my pants a little.

I kid. If you want to be reassured, go to fivethirtyeight.com. They currently project Obama to get 351 electoral votes with a 96.7% chance of winning! Pollster.com says he'll get at least 306.

This is encouraging. I'm just confident he'll hold serve in those traditional blue states and will carry at least a few Western or Southern states. That's all he needs. I don't want to get too overconfident. Take a look at my latest sports picks as a disastrous example. This is just a tad more important, and I do feel confident and not to be confused with cocky.
