My Sense of Humor in a Nutshell
Last night, me and my significant other were perusing the menu at a local restaurant. The waitress came up to us and noticed the cast on my wife's right hand. She said to her, "Wow. What happened?" Before my beloved could respond, I said, "I accidentally pushed her down the stairs."

I agree with the first comment, waiting for a more vulgar sarcastic dish. That's still a nice one and great for a waiter or waitress who can use some good humor.

When my wife was in a similar situation, I told the waitress "I didn't think I hit her THAT hard."
The waitress didn't think it was very funny...
